INTEGRATION OF TECHNOLOGY IN ARABIC LANGUAGE TEACHING: ADAPTIVE STRATEGIES IN AN ERA OF TRANSFORMATION
Abstract
The integration of technology in Arabic language learning offers significant potential to enhance engagement, effectiveness, and personalization, particularly through digital platforms and data-driven adaptive strategies. Nevertheless, challenges persist, including limited teacher digital literacy, unequal access to technology, and insufficient pedagogical guidelines. This study aims to identify effective models of technology integration and adaptive strategies for Arabic language learning in the digital era. Using a literature review and qualitative analysis of recent relevant studies, the findings highlight blended learning, flipped classroom, and AI-assisted language learning as promising models. Adaptive strategies include tailoring materials to student learning profiles and applying learning analytics for pedagogical decision-making. Recommendations include enhancing teacher competencies, developing curriculum-based technology integration frameworks, and conducting empirical studies to validate these models in diverse educational settings. This research contributes to improving technology-based Arabic learning and informing policy for more equitable and effective implementation.
