Abstract

The Quran uses a unique language style. Some people consider the Quran to be beautiful literature that contains unique poetic expressions. According to this view, the language used in the Quran is not the same as the Arabic language used by humans, as well as the language used by the Prophet Muhammad, the Bearer of the Message (Hamdani, 2018).This research is a qualitative research by describing the results of data analysis informally. The data source used in this research is a written data source, namely Surah Al-Kafirun. The technique used in data collection is the technique of listening and recording or what is commonly called the observation method in order to find deviations and preferences of words or sentences in surah Al-Kafirun. The most dominant sound in surah Al-Kafirun is sawamit infijariyyah (plosive consonant) which is a sound that stops after pronunciation, in line with the content of surah Al-Kafirun where Allah ordered the Prophet to stop and reject the agreement offered by the polytheists, namely refusing to worship each other between the worship of Muslims and polytheists. Then 2 other dominant sounds are sawamit anfiyyah (nasal), and sawamit munharifah (lateral). Which both sounds both mean blowing air from the nose and also the side of the mouth. This is also in line with the content of surah Al-kafirun, especially the 5th verse that the worship of Muslims will remain the same, namely Allah SWT. Starting from ancient times to the future. Stylistic analysis of surah Al-Kafirun within the scope of Al-Ashwat (phonology) shows that the language style and sounds in surah Al-Kafirun are varied, full of aesthetics, and also have an impact on its meaning. Where in the surah there are 3 dominant sounds that often appear, namely sawamit infijariyyah (plosive), sawamit anfiyyah (nasal), and sawamit munharifah (lateral).
