The electronic literature has become a branch of literature that is published and traded by electronic media as computers, internet and smartphones , mobile devices , and electronic literature is a modern type of literature ,giving the book and readers to participate In the creative process, share arts and ideas easily and quickly.

 Although technology and artificial intelligence provide the means necessary for the spread of electronic literature, Its consultant in the Arab country is still very limited. This Is partly due to traditional reading habits and traditional links of paper books, in addition…The lack of translations is a problem of intellectual rights problems and loss of confidence In the quality of electronic content may have a negative impact on the spread of electronic literature In the Arab cultural field.

 The words say that e-literature is an exciting opportunity to explore despite the challenges and constraints facing.

أصبح الأدب الإلكتروني فرعا من فروع الأدب الذي يتم نشره وتداوله بواسطة وسائط الاتصال الإلكترونية كأجهزة الحاسوب، والإنترنت والهواتف الذكية، والأجهزة المحمولة، فالأدب الإلكتروني نو ع  حديث من الأدب،يمنح الكتاب والقراء المشاركة في العملية الإبداعية وتبادل الفنون والأفكار بسهولة وسرعة.

 رغم توفر التكنولوجيا والذكاء الاصطناعي  والوسائل اللازمة لانتشار الأدب الإلكتروني، إلا إن استشرافه في الوطن العربي لا يزال محدودًا جدًا. يعود ذلك جزئيًا إلى عادات القراءة التقليدية والتفصيلات التقليدية للكتب الورقية،بالإضافة إلى ذلك... فإن نقص الترجمات مشكلة من مشكلات الحقوق الفكرية وفقدان الثقة في جودة المحتوى الإلكتروني قد يكون لها تأثيرًا سلبيًا على استشار الأدب الإلكتروني في الحقل الثقافي العربي. صفوة القو ل: إن الأدب الإلكتروني فرصة مثيرة للاستكشاف بالرغم من التحديات والمعوقات.
